Current and next-gen travelers are more inclined towards customized itineraries and not keen on the 'pre-packaged' offerings prevalent across the industry. The fragmented booking experience involves complicated back-and-forth communication over email & messaging apps with local experts.

Between us, we've traveled to every single country and territory on Earth. We've planned safaris in Botswana, trekked through Nepal, explored hidden corners of South America, and navigated the backstreets of cities most people might have never heard of. And every. single. time. We hit the same wall: turning our perfect plan into a real, bookable trip was exhausting.
So, we kept thinking: There has to be a better way. Uber cracked ride-sharing. Airbnb figured out accommodation. Why was complex travel planning still stuck in 2005?
