13. Specific Provisions for Service Providers

As a Service Provider using the App, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You must handle Traveler personal data in compliance with all applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and local regulations
  • You may only use Traveler information to communicate about and fulfill the specific service requested
  • You are responsible for implementing appropriate security measures to protect Traveler data
  • You must not share, sell, or use Traveler data for any purpose other than service fulfillment
  • Your business information, including verification details, may be shared with Travelers as part of the matching process
